TONI DRESS DAMENMODEN GMBH Terms & Conditions for complaints and returns of the TONI and Relaxed by TONI collections

1. Returns number
For all returns, our Sales department, telephone number 09191-83499, will provide you with a returns number. This must be attach to every package or pack so that it is clearly visible from the outside. In your telephone call, you should tell the person you are talking to the total number of items and the reason for the return. The number of items returned must be the same as that shown in the returns slip.

2. Returns slip
Further information must be provided on the returns slip. It is essential that you enclose this with the item dispatched. You will receive it when you give notice of the returns by post, e-mail or fax.

3. Returns period
Returns that are not associated with faulty products must be sent back to us within 14 days of notification. Any returns or complaints received after this will be sent back at your expense.

4. Shipping costs
Please send your items on a "carriage paid" basis to the following address:

Non-prepaid items will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense. We will bear the costs of justified complaints. These will be reimbursed when your credit note is prepared.

5. Quality of return
Goods must always be sent in a form that is safe for transport and unlocked.

6. Processing of returns
Faulty items will be repaired. If a repair is not possible, you will be sent a replacement item. If a replacement item is unavailable, you will be sent a credit note. This does not include damage caused by you.
