Accessibility Statement
This accessibility statement applies to the website of rosner.de published under ROSNER AVANTGARDE MODE GMBH.
General description of the service
The ROSNER AVANTGARDE MODE GMBH website enables users to find out about products and services, make contact and place orders directly online.
Applicable legal requirements
The accessibility requirements for digital services are defined in Section 14 of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) in conjunction with Section 3(1) BFSG and the Ordinance on the BFSG (BFSGV).
Implementation of accessibility requirements
This assessment is based on a self-evaluation supported by the accessibility tool AccessGO.
As a result of this review, the website is partially compliant with the aforementioned legal accessibility requirements.
The following elements are not fully compliant with the applicable regulations:
- Barrier: Redundant title attribute on an element.
- Barrier: Justified alignment used for a long paragraph.
- Barrier: Broken ARIA reference: In some places, an aria-labelledby or aria-describedby reference points to a non-existent element.
- Barrier: Redundant adjacent links with the same destination.
- Barrier: An existing form label does not contain visible or alternative descriptive text.
- Barrier: Missing field grouping on a group of selection fields (checkboxes or radio buttons).
- Barrier: A text section is underlined even though it is not a clickable link.
- Barrier: Some buttons are empty or contain no descriptive text.
- Barrier: A link refers to a location within the same page, but the target element is missing.
- Barrier: A select field triggers navigation or page change immediately on change via JavaScript.
- Barrier: Missing heading structure on a page.
- Barrier: Missing main heading (<h1>) on a page.
- Barrier: A link leads to a PDF file (.pdf) without indicating the file type or size.
- Barrier: Some headings are empty or contain no descriptive text.
- Barrier: Missing list markup for a text-formatted list.
- Barrier: Skipped heading level in the document structure.
- Barrier: Barriere: Positiver Tabindex-Wert bei einem Element was zu unvorhersehbarem Navigationsverhalten führen kann.
Planned handling of the mentioned accessibility barriers
We are already working on removing these barriers.
Note on PDF files
Some PDF documents provided on the website (e.g. cancellation form) are currently not fully accessible.
These documents may have structural and technical limitations, including missing heading structures, undefined reading order, missing alternative text for images, or untagged tables. As a result, they may only be partially usable with assistive technologies.
Due to organizational and economic constraints, we are currently unable to provide all existing PDF documents in fully accessible form. However, we strive to make new documents accessible whenever possible.
If you need a specific document in an accessible version, please contact us. We will gladly provide an individually accessible version if feasible.
